The medical profession faces the challenge of trying to heal people and to keep them as healthy as possible on a daily basis. They do this by using their communication skills to understand what the problem is and their scientific knowledge to work out how best to fix it.

A doctor that also performs surgeries will usually work two or three full days in the office and then two or three days in the hospital operating room performing surgeries. What do I do on a daily basis to?
I eat breakfast. As of now, the usual routine is 1) four raw eggs, 2) cod liver oil (de-odorized, from Barlean’s), 3) iced coffee, 4) coconut milk, and 5) a probiotic concentrate like Inner Eco’s coconut kefir. I add all of this to a shaker bottle and blend it up.
